The functional operations section of the following plan requires some more clarification and we call for volunteers to help us achieving the set goals.

STATEMENT OF GOALS

The following business plan has been prepared and presented as a planning operating, and policy guide for the founders and principals of the organization known as Business to Business Foundation, as well as a financial proposal to the financial institution.

The listed persons, operators of the program, are hereby requesting a commercial loan of £ 15.000,00. This sum will be sufficient to rent suitable space, purchase office equipment, provide secretarial help, hire transportation, and cover other start-up costs for an initial period of six months. It is estimated, on the basis of consultation with experienced advisors in the investment and accounting fields, that the organization will be able to be self-sustaining at the end of that period and discharge all indebtedness - whether loans or otherwise - in a period of no more than one year from the date on which such financial help is provided. Working capital will then sustain the business - a nonprofit venture for the public good - indefinitely.

DEFINITION OF THE VENTURE

The Business to Business Foundation was created last year and is intended to be launched officially by the end of this year. A event called "The Golden Event" will be the actual launch of the project. The idea was to solicit Schenkelberg Global Solutions Ltd. to serve as company that provides an autobiographical novel about survival of crime, a blieved highly interested educational story, and other products and services for sale with the intention/commitment to donate part of the proceeds from the sale of the book (as already agreed: 20% of the proceeds from the sale of the book) and other products and services to the foundation for their growth. The project is to be outlined further at this website address.

FUNCTIONAL OPERATIONS

The Business to Business Foundation is located presently at the Eastbourne address of Schenkelberg Global Solutions Limited, occupying one room of a private rented 2-bedroom flat. The office, in it's operational phase, is open three afternons a week, from 2:00 to 5:00, staffed by Stefan Schenkelberg, himself husband of the founder. With the intended financing, we will be able to serve nonprofit institutions wishing to mount this kind of fund-raising campaign. It is expected - and hoped - that the increasing success of this nonprofit venture will make it possible to establish a string of other Business to Business subsidiaries throughout the United Kingdom and possibly in adjoining countries. In anticipation of this kind of growth, potential trustees with writing skills are sought to help preparing guidelines for potential sponsors.

PERSONNEL

The principals of the Business to Business Foundation, in whose names this financial proposal is being presented, are

Regina Susann Schenkelberg, Founder

Stefan Schenkelberg, Co-Founder, graduated in business management

Executive Associate, Keith Harris, Communications, a journalist and author

Additional staff members will be recruited on a part-time basis as the needs arise. In general the heads of other non-profit organisations coordinating their fund rainsing with the Business to Business Foundation serve as temporary Project Directors during active campaign periods.

COMPETITION

There is no direct competition for the Business to Business Foundation, since it is unique in it's concept and manner of conducting fund-raising campaigns. However, indirect competition could be said to be any and all nonprofit community groups and organisations engaged in fund raising for worthy causes.
